Once I savoured the Caprese ciabatta (local mozzarella, slow tomatoes, Thai basil) I ordered, I regret that I did not take photo of it. It tasted good and fresh. The ciabatta were well toasted, crunchy but not over. The flavours are well-balanced, with a hint of herb to highlight the whole sensation. I guessed I would be back for more.

I was not a sweet person, I was not so obsessed with desserts, but the girls were. They urged me to take photo of the meringue and blueberry tart and I submissively did. They were absolutely delicious with the right sweetness, and thus I loved them. The meringue had to be sweet compared to my palate needs, but it were just nice. I also loved the blueberry tart, it was sweet and not that sweet, definitely suited my palate. Oh, please check out the story behind Sitka from their website.
